Operations Assistant/Manager
As of now most of our day-to-day operations are taken care of by our co-founder Django. He’s really good at what he does, but he is not a womxn. Ultimately his goal has always been for Sad Girl Music to be run predominantly by non cis-male individuals and is excited to pass on his responsibilities to the right person.
As Operations Manager your primary duties would include:
Leading the hiring process for new team members
Maintaining the website and online accounts
Assist or lead the development of new strategies within the organization
Managing budgets
Balancing communications between departments
Your prior experience and availability will determine your eligibility for either the Assistant or the Manager position. If you are offered the Assistant position your duties will be to help our Director of Operations and/or Manager accomplish the various tasks that arise in the daily operations of the business while gaining the experience necessary to take over the position
Starting Pay:
Assistant - $200/month
Manager - $500/month with potential for equity in the company
Growth Potential:
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain operations of the company while finding the right individual to take over as Director of Operations and grow the organization to its fullest potential.
