Community Ambassador

Our founder created Sad Girl Music as a means to support womxn in the music industry. The point of our organization is to provide them with valuable performance opportunities, promote their careers, and foster a robust community of supportive and talented artists. So far we’ve featured over 65 womxn since our inception, all of which we try to continue highlighting. With four new artists being added every month and more performance opportunities in the works, we’re going to need all the help we can get keeping track of all these incredible womxn.

As Community Ambassador your primary duties would include:

• Keeping tabs on ALL SGM alumni

  • Knowing when they have new releases/projects/performances and keeping our Editorial Team informed

• Coordinating Alumni Only events and activities

  • Meetups, dinners, social hangs. We want our Alumni to feel like they’re a permanent part of a community that wants to support them

• Fostering Community Engagement

  • Encourage our alumni to stay connected to the community. Connect them with each other.

Starting Pay:

$200/month with a raise every time we add 24 new alumni

Growth Potential:

With new artists joining the community every month your roster of artists to follow will constantly be expanding. As we grow, we’d love for this position to grow into a full-time salaried position with a whole department dedicated to supporting and connecting the womxn of our community.
